Gemini Rosemont has selected its investment markets based on favorable economic, demographic and societal trends and the belief that these markets will continue to exhibit high growth, strong net absorption, limited new supply and job growth rates that exceed the national average. Within target markets, Gemini Rosemont focuses on top-performing submarkets that appeal to top-tier tenants and an affluent, highly educated workforce.
Strong relationships with both investors and tenants are key to Gemini Rosemont’s successful business model. In this regard, we believe our investors are best served if we operate our office buildings in a tenant-centric fashion. Tenant attraction and retention is fundamental to maximizing distributions and value, therefore a strong emphasis is placed on developing meaningful, enduring relationships and creating an environment where our tenants can thrive.
Gemini Rosemont believes it is important for its interests to be aligned with its investors and makes a meaningful co-investment in each acquisition.
The Investor Leadership team has overseen directly or indirectly the acquisition, asset management, development, redevelopment, financing and sale of real properties with a combined value of approximately $16.3 billion. This dedicated group has advised and/or managed over $4 billion of investor equity capital from both public and private investors.
Today, with strong financial support through its relationship with Gemini Investments, the Investor Leadership team is raising funds to acquire up to $3 billion of high quality commercial properties in the U.S. over the next three years.
